Billing FAQ
Does the free plan reset every month?
Yes. Your 10 free messages reset on the 1st of every calendar month, automatically.
How does iOS billing work?
iOS subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
How does Chrome billing work?
Install the free extension from the Chrome Web Store, then upgrade to Pro directly inside the extension. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. To cancel, email support@kinshipapps.com.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a 14-day refund for new Pro subscribers. For iOS, refunds are handled through Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Chrome Pro, email support@kinshipapps.com and we'll process it within 2 business days.
What happens if I cancel mid-month?
You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll automatically revert to the free tier with 10 messages/month.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Kinship never stores your card details. iOS payments go through Apple, and Chrome payments go through Stripe — both are PCI-DSS compliant.
